Publication ended after the 1999 book. It is very rare for all the annual updates to be included. Making this complete set very valuable. Contains detailed cast/crew information and lengthy reviews for virtually all American movies that were released in the twentieth century. Charlie Chaplin writing in the Los Angeles Times in 1986 called it the film reference book to end all reference books.
